  • User Location Profiles: We maintain a simple user database (without passwords) that stores your timezone and city information when you provide your city name.
  • Reminder Preferences: We store your personalized reminder settings for fasting, festivals, and other spiritual practices.
  • Temporary Message Context: We cache your last 2 messages for 24 hours to maintain conversation context for follow-up questions.
  • Browser Local Storage: The web application stores your selected city preference locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
🚫 What We Don't Store
  • No Passwords: Our user database does not contain passwords or authentication credentials.
  • No Permanent Chat History: We do not archive or permanently store your conversations beyond the 24-hour temporary cache.
  • No Personal Identifiers: We don't collect or store names, email addresses, or phone numbers beyond what's necessary for service functionality.
  • No Group Chat Data: We currently do not support group chats, but may introduce this feature in the future based on user feedback.

📝 How to Request Account Deletion

Before You Request: Account deletion will remove your stored location profile (timezone and city information), reminder preferences, and any cached message context from our systems. You'll need to provide your city information and set up reminders again if you use our service in the future.

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include Your WhatsApp Number: Provide the WhatsApp number you used to interact with our chatbot service.
  3. Specify Your Request: Clearly state that you want your user profile (location data) and any cached messages removed.
  4. Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity by sending a message from the WhatsApp number in question.
  5. Processing: We will process your request within 48 hours.
  6. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
✅ What Happens After Deletion
  • Profile Removal: Your user profile containing timezone, city data, and reminder preferences is immediately deleted from our database.
  • Message Cache Cleared: Any cached messages (last 2 messages) are immediately purged from our systems.
  • Service Access: You can still use our web application and chatbot service, but you'll need to provide your city information again for location-based features.
  • No Data Recovery: Deleted location profiles and cached messages cannot be recovered.
  • Complete Removal: We ensure no data is retained in any third-party services we may use.
