Vedic Doshas
Doshas are challenging planetary configurations in a Vedic chart. They aren't curses — they're patterns that ask for awareness and, often, specific remedies. The calculators below use your birth chart (computed live from Lahiri-ayanamsha sidereal positions) to evaluate three of the most-discussed doshas.
Manglik Dosha
Mars in 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th, or 12th house — checked from Lagna, Moon, and Venus.
Kaal Sarp Yoga
All seven planets between Rahu and Ketu. Twelve types based on Rahu's house.
Sade Sati
Saturn transiting the 12th, 1st, or 2nd from your natal Moon — the 7.5-year window.
A note on doshas
Different schools weight doshas differently. A "Manglik" reading from one tradition can be cancelled or downgraded by another. We surface the underlying placements so you can see why the verdict is what it is — not just a yes/no.
The accuracy of dosha analysis depends on accurate birth time (especially for Lagna-based checks). If your birth time is uncertain, treat the Lagna-based reading with caution and lean on the Moon-based reading.
