Simple cumin-spiced potatoes. Goes well with kuttu or singhare ki puri.

Ingredients

  • Potato
  • cumin
  • green chilli
  • coriander
  • sendha namak

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil potatoes and cut into cubes
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin seeds
  3. Add green chilli and potatoes
  4. Season with sendha namak and red chilli powder
  5. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander
