  • tomato
  • cumin
  • coriander
  • sendha namak

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil arbi, peel, and slice
  2. Heat ghee and add cumin seeds
  3. Add arbi slices and cook until lightly browned
  4. Add chopped tomato and sendha namak
  5. Cook until tomatoes soften
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
