Preparation Steps
Mash ripe bananas thoroughly
Chop walnuts finely
Heat ghee and cook mashed banana on low heat
Stir until mixture thickens and leaves the pan
Add walnuts, cardamom, and optional jaggery
Cool slightly and shape into ladoos
