  • Potato
  • yogurt
  • cumin
  • green chilli
  • sendha namak

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil potatoes, peel, and cube
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin and green chilli
  3. Add potatoes and cook for 3 minutes
  4. Whisk yogurt with sendha namak
  5. Lower heat, add yogurt and stir gently
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes without boiling
