  • Kuttu ka atta
  • potato
  • green chilli
  • sendha namak

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil and mash potatoes
  2. Mix kuttu atta, mashed potato, green chilli, and sendha namak
  3. Knead into soft dough with water
  4. Divide into balls and roll into parathas
  5. Cook on tawa with ghee on both sides
  6. Serve with curd or sabzi
