  • Lauki
  • yogurt
  • cumin powder
  • sendha namak
  • roasted jeera

Preparation Steps

  1. Grate and boil lauki until soft
  2. Squeeze out excess water
  3. Whisk yogurt until smooth
  4. Mix in boiled lauki, cumin powder, and sendha namak
  5. Garnish with roasted jeera
  6. Chill before serving
