Ingredients
Makhana
milk
sugar
cardamom
ghee
Preparation Steps
Roast makhana in ghee until crisp
Boil milk and reduce to 3/4 volume
Crush half the makhana, keep rest whole
Add both to milk with sugar and cardamom
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve warm or chilled
