Ingredients

  • Paneer
  • yogurt
  • ginger
  • lemon
  • sendha namak
  • pepper

Preparation Steps

  1. Cut paneer into 1-inch cubes
  2. Mix yogurt, grated ginger, lemon juice, pepper, sendha namak
  3. Marinate paneer cubes for 30 minutes
  4. Thread onto skewers with bell pepper (if allowed)
  5. Grill or pan-fry with ghee until charred
  6. Serve with mint chutney
